| Resumo | In this paper, we explore Impersonal-Passive SE Spanish constructions. Mainly, we focus on that sentences which the verb shows agreement with an internal argument (IA) preceded by preposition a (e.g., Se agredieron a unos periodistas. ‘The reporters were hit’), arguing that the verb always agree for person with SE but can optionally agree in number with either SE or an internal argument. We also claim that agreement patterns of SE sentences are not derived from a regional/dialectal criteria but rather seem to be ideolectal, as shown by acceptability judgments. . |
